If you have concerns please reach out to me by clicking the “CONTACT” button & all of your questions will be directed to me. Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive a response from me. I encourage you to book on the website as I will no longer be booking services for clients. Unfortunately there has been failure in keeping appointments & following booking policy. Upon booking appointment I will be reaching out to you in regard to confirmation of service. DEPOSIT | PAYMENT POLICY: NO deposits required!! Only “Color Services” & “Diamond Luxe & Kids Luxe Growth Journey” requires deposit. In the event you don’t pay for the service you will not be able to book again until that service is paid in full! If this is a continuation you will be blocked from future bookings! SERVICE POLICY | FEE’S: All services includes wash + treatments + hydro steam treatments cohesive to appropriate wash type. If stylist sees any concerns to your hair, your wash service will be change for a small up charge. READ! Full description box of category as services & pricing are in detail! All pricing are starting prices & may vary based on the length, density and/or complexity of style. Please be advised that long/thick hair requires more product use. There will $15 flat fee added to your service! Stylist will consult pricing during consultation or duration of appointment. I DO NOT offer over the phone pricing, please refer to website! EARLY HOURS FEE (Saturday’s Only): $35 •Starting at 5:30am - 7:30am AFTER HOURS FEE: $35 •Weekdays: 5pm - 8pm •Weekends: 4pm - 7pm TRAVEL FEE: $75+ •EVENTS & WEDDINGS ONLY!! This fee is added if needed to travel to a destination for an event and/or wedding regarding hair services. Prices starts at $75 for up to 20 miles. Anything over 20 miles is an additional $50 fee. DIAMOND LUXE GROWTH JOURNEY POLICY: All NEW CLIENTS are required to book Diamond Luxe Hair Journey. NO EXCEPTIONS! As a new client I will be getting to know your hair type & understanding your problem area’s while educating you on products/concerns designed for your specific hair type. Consistency & maintenance of appointments is KEY to your growth journey benefiting in length & retention. I recommend when starting your hair growth journey to upkeep your appointments between a 4-6 week time frame to see best results! Trims are required between 6-8 weeks depending on growth rate. Remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑 Please read description box of this service to see what’s all included! RETURNING CLIENTS who haven’t been seen for 3+ months will be required to book this service to restart your hair growth journey. Unless the stylist consults & feels your hair is in a healthy state, you will NOT be required otherwise. KIDS SERVICE POLICY: Please be advised children ages 6-16 yrs old can be booked under the “KIDS STYLES” tab. All kids styles includes wash + treatment + trim, unless need specific wash for concerns it may be an up charge. When booking for your child please create the appointment under your child’s name as it would create a chart for them for upkeep purposes on their hair journey. The parent’s card info & phone number will still be required upon booking. DO NOT allow your child to book the appointment if they’re 16 years old as I would be in full communication with your child regarding any appointment information or confirmations & the responsibility will fall on the adult. A parent/guardian will be required to sit during the entire service for kids ages 6-14 years old so please have a free schedule upon booking. COLOR POLICY: DEPOSIT REQUIRED! All coloring services requires a consultation NO EXCEPTION! Payment for color consultation does not go towards service. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT, it is considered a service. This also does NOT include any styling. All styling services will need to be booked separately. In the event you book a “color service” & want to change your color or mind; please be courteous & give the stylist a 48 hour update. NO EXCEPTIONS! Failing to do so will result in you paying 50% of the original service booked. Understand products are not on hand & need to be purchased & customized for clients needs. BIRTHDAY PROMO POLICY: Each client will receive a 50% off discount on their entire service for any services booked! You have 30 days to use coupon before expiration. When creating your profile please be sure to add your birthday & your coupon will be automatically emailed to you on your special day. Upon booking please inform stylist ahead of time of using your coupon so price can be adjusted. If you fail to let stylist know about coupon, unfortunately you will have to wait until next service to use it. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Please understand the stylist has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS: NO KIDS (unless that child is being serviced) It’s a safety hazard due to chemicals & hot tools in salon. This is stated in state board laws! NO EXTRA GUEST!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! We want to remain a safe environment & remain an intimate aesthetic salon in the privacy of our clients. NO WALK-INS unless advertised! Cancellation Policy

All bookings are APPOINTMENT ONLY! Any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows not notified in 24 hrs in advanced will result in a 50% cancellation fee and loss of deposits. NO EXCEPTIONS! The card on file will be charged. In the result your card has insufficient funds you will be required to pay for previous service in full prior to next booking. Any cancellations or reschedules not notified within 24 hrs. your color deposit will be FORFEITED! NO-SHOW clients will be banned & blocked from booking future services & charged 100% service. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a $25 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS! Anything over this timeframe will result in cancellation & card charged.
