POLICY | BOOKING RULES: I kindly ask that you please read the policy & each service that you’re booking in its entirety before booking service! If you have concerns please reach out to me by clicking the “CONTACT” button. Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive a response from me. DEPOSIT | PAYMENT POLICY: NO deposits required!! Only “Color Services” & “Diamond Luxe & Kids Luxe Growth Journey” requires deposit. In the event you don’t pay for the service you will not be able to book again until that service is paid in full! If this is a continuation you will be blocked from future bookings! SERVICE POLICY | FEE’S: All services includes wash service. Treatments + Hydro Steam treatments are added services cohesive to appropriate wash type. If stylist sees any concerns to your hair, your wash service will be change for an up charge. READ! Full description box of category as services & pricing are in details! All pricing are starting prices & may vary based on the length, density and/or complexity of style. Please be advised that long/thick hair requires an additional fee $25 OR $35 (xtra long hair) added to your service! Stylist will consult pricing during consultation or duration of appointment. EARLY HOURS FEE (Saturday’s Only): $35 •Starting at 5:30am - 6:00am ✨CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING WEDDINGS✨ DIAMOND LUXE GROWTH JOURNEY: All NEW CLIENTS are required to book Diamond Luxe Growth Journey | Kids Luxe Growth Journey NO EXCEPTIONS! As new clients I will be learning your hair type/concerns while educating you on products & proper regimens designed for your specific hair type. CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑 •maintenance of appointments is key to your growth journey benefiting in length & retention. Recommended Appointment Upkeep: •Every 4-6 weeks for best results! •Trims are required between 6-8 weeks depending on growth rate. KIDS SERVICE POLICY: Please be advised children ages 9-16 yrs old can be booked under “KIDS STYLES” tab. All kids styles includes wash + treatment + trim, unless need specific wash for concerns—additional fee’s may apply. When booking for your child please create the appointment under your child’s name as it would create a chart for growth journey + hair concerns/needs. The parent’s card info & phone number will still be required upon booking. DO NOT allow your child to book the appointment if they’re 16 years old as appointment confirmations + updates will be sent to information on file. In the event this happens, full responsibility will fall on parent/guardian. A parent/guardian will be required to sit during the entire service for kids ages 6-14 years old so please have a free schedule upon booking. COLOR POLICY: DEPOSIT REQUIRED! All coloring services requires a color consultation NO EXCEPTIONS! Payment towards consultation does not apply to color service. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT, it’s considered a service. This also does NOT include any styling. All styling services will need to be booked separately. In the event you book a “color service” & want to change your color—please be courteous & give the stylist a 48 hour update. NO EXCEPTIONS! Failing to do so will result in paying 50% of the original service booked. Understand products are not on hand & need to be purchased & customized for clients needs. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Please understand the stylist has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS: NO KIDS (unless that child is being serviced) It’s a safety hazard due to chemicals & hot tools in salon. State board regulations! NO EXTRA GUEST!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! We want to remain a safe environment & remain an intimate aesthetic salon in the privacy of our clients. NO WALK-INS unless advertised! Cancellation Policy
All bookings are APPOINTMENT ONLY! Any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows not notified in 24 hrs in advanced will result in a 50% cancellation fee and loss of deposits. NO EXCEPTIONS! The card on file will be charged. In the result your card has insufficient funds you will be required to pay for previous service in full prior to next booking.
Any cancellations or reschedules not notified within 24 hrs. your color deposit will be FORFEITED!
NO-SHOW clients will be banned & blocked from booking future services & charged 100% service.
If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $15 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS! Anything over this timeframe will result in cancellation & card charged.
